Adjusters and signs a memorandum of understanding with Shanghai
Tianheng Insurance Loss Surveyors & Adjusters for
CNinsure’s 51% purchase of the company. It intends to
merge the two companies with a third surveyor/adjuster
purchased in December to form one large adjusting service
network under the name Fanhua CNinsure Insurance Adjusting
